Lettering

During the pandemic I decided that I was going to finally learn and practice hand-lettering. I’ve been of fan of Ian Barnard & Gia Graham for yeeeeaaaarrrs and wanted to learn how to make beautiful lettering and compositions like them. So I took several (free) courses on calligraphy and lettering and learned all the terms (some of which I already knew because of my love for typography) and practiced all of the techniques. It wasn’t until Cowboy Mouth hired me for their “Fredtastic” t-shirt that finally got really comfortable and found my style of lettering.
